Colleen is our friendly receptionist who is there to help you with all the admin relating to your appointments. She enjoys getting to know our patients and ensuring that they are well looked after both in the reception as well as in the surgery. All our patients love her caring and gentle nature and so do we!
After over 30 years in the dental industry, mostly working with Dr Smylie, Colleen took to early retirement. She then returned to help transition the practice to Better Dental upon Dr Smylie's retirement and was warmly welcomed into the new team. Her role as receptionist lets her engage with our patients in a caring and empathetic way that helps ease any concerns or anxiety of the impending treatments.
Outside of working, Colleen loves spending time with her two adult sons and their families. She divides her time between a grazing property in the state's mid-north and Adelaide. She enjoys gardening, is an avid bookworm, and has a small dog that loves beach walks!
